Kim K stepped out for the first time in LA following her terrifying robbery in Paris.  She was spotted wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood and tennis shoes, as she visited a restaurant in Beverly Hills yesterday Thursday October 13th.

“She was with security,” an insider told E! News “She made a brief, 30-minute trip to a restaurant in Beverly Hills. She was with a female friend and looked very downcast and somber, not wanting to be seen.”

A source said Kim has a long way to recover.

“Kim is doing better but she still has a long way to recover from the robbery. She has been receiving some professional counseling. Her friends and family have been really supportive. Her sisters and mom have been checking on her every day.”

The source told E!News Kim’s hardest times are when she’s by herself.

“Kim is very paranoid still when she is alone. She has been having flashbacks and hasn’t been sleeping well,” the source explained. “Her security is always around her now.”

Fashion in recession

In a recession, the economy is slow, businesses are unpredictable, all sectors are affected in one way or another. Recession in Nigeria is no news and while things might be going down, Nigerian girls have found a way to still look hot and sassy in this economic meltdown.

Seemingly, not in the least affected by the economy are fashionistas in Nigeria. These ladies breed and live fashion and not even almighty recession can halt their style craze. To be perfectly accurate, the recession might be flavoring these divas for in times of trouble they say, solutions spring up. Maybe, just maybe the solution to the frowning economy is a cheaper option but in wanting to impress, they go all out; the result is, better style and completely gorgeous attires.

Fisayo  ajibola produces first movie ‘Road To Ruin’
Nolly wood actress fisayo Ajisola is currently working on her new movie titled Road To Ruin.

The movie which examines the lives of banned street hawkers in Lagos state came as a result of the rampant cases of crimes and traffic congestion which, according to the state government, aided robbery, kidnap, killing, and other societal ills.

The movie, according to ajisola, is to draw the attention of the federal government, states and well-meaning Nigerians to the plight of young Nigerians who have no means of survival, education and jobs but to find means to make their lives productive through menial jobs.

Ajisola, through her Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Jewel Empowerment Foundation (JEF), has solicited for a better alternative from the government and also proffered a lasting solution to the challenges of the underprivileged and street hawkers in the new flick.

Veteran actor, Raphael Niyi Stephen, who is also part of the project, said: “The movie is a way of making people know what is happening to kids and also to lend our voices to what the government is doing about hawking, letting people know hawking isn’t the last option.”
